Unique or rare moments in life fill me with peace and I feel one with the world. My heart is filled with sheer gratefulness. This unique moment I observed on our deck one summer as I was enjoying a cup of coffee and the hummingbirds. This amazing little bird was on her rounds sampling every flower when this bloom went with her. I was extremely fortunate to have my camera in hand and capture this whimsical and unique event. Her expression seemed, "Now what?"

I felt much gratitude for being present for this moment one morning. I was not multitasking or distracted by the busyness of life. I rarely notice a unique moment when hurried. It was wonderful to be a visitor and savor this show. There is great peace in these special moments .
