This group of women just yesterday acquired the label of prayer warriors. It is a label we graciously accepted from one of our members. This is our Bible Study group, Java & Jesus, and we meet once a week. We share praises and prayer requests and sometimes just these two things provide such a stimulating conversation that we have to be reminded about the lesson that day. Learning of a prayer request provides the opportunity to think and pray for others who need this support. Praises are important as well because it is good to thank God when there is a time of celebration. These women love and care for each other and strengthen each of us. I enjoy learning more about a book of the Bible with these intelligent women.

This was our Christmas celebration together and food is always a wonderful way to share your love. We laughed, talked and enjoyed the lesson of the day. We sadly missed those important women who could not be there.

This time of the week refills my cup with love and grace. I am so very grateful for this Bible Study group. They add so much to my journey in faith.
